We can confidently state that there is no competition to our products. There are other manufacturers that are from Taiwan, Korea, or China, whose goal is to make the most inexpensive products. Our goal is to make the best machines of the industry. As early as 1987, the Japanese Ministry of Health and Welfare authorized our company’s Osaka factory as a “medical equipment” manufacturer. Our machines are exclusively endorsed by the 6,200 member physicians of the Japanese Association for the Prevention of Geriatric Diseases. None of our socalled “competition” have machines with a similar distinction.
What about warranty?
The knockoffs give you a so-called life-time warranty. But they are only assemblers and re-sellers who are simply marketing imitations of our machines. It is possible that you will never be able to claim those life-time warranties because these companies may discontinue their production series at any time.
